Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping

Alvijo currently ships within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from California, USA.

Standard Shipping

• $5.99 on orders under $50
• FREE on orders of $50 or more
• Transit time: 3–5 business days
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days (includes processing time)

Express Shipping

• Flat rate: $15 (regardless of order value)
• Express Shipping is not eligible for the free shipping promotion
• Transit time: 1–2 business days
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days (includes processing time)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Alvijo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@alvijo.com. We will do our best to assist you and may recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly when appropriate.
